I was just in to your shop and got a 1/2 sandwich that was nothing like the one I ordered the week previously. I was expecting french bread with fresh finely cut lettuce--instead I received a hamburger bun with wilted lettuce. I would have NEVER paid for this if I had paid more attention to the sandwich making process. I find these experiences very inconsistent which leads me to not ever consider your bake shop for any further needs. I only write this to provide feedback that may help you with future business.

Hi! What a surprise to see that you have relocated to the great little town of New Era. When we come to Silver Lake we often get off on highway 20 that heads toward Stoney Lake or New Era. At the crossroads of 20 and Old 31, we turn south a few miles and get a great breakfast in the middle of New Era or turn north to the Dairy where the milk products are made into old fashion goodness (ice cream, butter, cheese, and more such as great cuts of home grown beef). Now we have another reason to exit and get stocked up on all the best food around from your bakeshop as well! We can also stop by some country farmer's stands and stock up on fresh vegetables and fruits and take the scenic back way through Stoney Lake to get to Silver Lake. Good luck. Home recently and made a trip to Mears just for Muffin Bread! Much to our dismay, the shop was closed! Did get lucky enough to catch an employee getting ready to make deliveries and she sold us some muffin bread and round cinammon bread. Everyone back in PA was very greatful to get their fix of a new favorite. Can't get anything like it in PA! Thanks so much, will be sure to order on line!
